Today, we have amassed 27 years of experience of directly supporting people with mental health problems to find and sustain work.

FEAT's vision is to enable and support individuals to reach their full positive mental wellbeing in a culture where there is no stigma.

Employing an inclusive, non-judgemental approach to prepare, support and empower people to flourish by managing their mental health for life - whatever life does, by:

Providing service users with strategies and tools to improve their resilience and employability
Creating safe, nurturing, supportive and compassionate environments to encourage personal growth
Developing strategic partnerships with complementary and diverse organisations that share our vision
​Working with others to eliminate the stigma on mental health in the workplace and communities
Supporting the welfare and continuous professional development of staff and volunteers so they may continue to provide exceptional services

SERVICE SUMMARY

Journey To Work  -  a series of short personal development courses delivered via pre-recorded videos followed by weekly group or 1-2-1 catch-ups. 

Fife IPS - a tailored and unique service for those with a mental health condition and who want to work, find and sustain employment.

Employ Your Mind - a six month development programme for those with complex needs, to empower them to consider their future goals. 

Wee Blether - a weekly drop in session where you can join us for a virtual cuppa and speak to others who are on their own recovery journey.
