The Apex AYE service works with young people who have been care experienced. We provide an employability mentoring service, working closely on a one to one basis, helping young people find a positive destination. Addressing whatever the barriers may be, to giving them the tools to make informed decisons about their future plans and aspirations. We work to find employment, education and training opportunities for our service users and through self assessment and action planning, give them the best opportunity to move on positively.
