Provides information, support and advice to clients who wish to raise a concern or complaint about services supplied by, or commissioned by, NHS Fife. This project is also complemented by a National Helpline available Monday to Friday.
Where appropriate, clients can contact the National Helpline on 0800 917 2127. Should the client need referred to a Specialist PASS Adviser, the National Helpline will ensure this is done.
