Talking to a link worker at Community Connections Cupar can help you make changes to your life that improve your health and well being. The service is free and confidential. Appointments can last up to 45 minutes and give you the opportunity to discuss any issues that you feel are affecting your health. With your link worker you can look at positive solutions and find out about different organisations or activities that offer support
This service is only open to those who are patients of either Eden Villa Medical Practice or Bank Street Medical Practice in Cupar. The referrals come directly from the Health professionals at those surgeries.
